Is there a right to counselling assistance (Beratungshilfe)?

If you are entitled to counselling assistance, you can obtain a certificate of entitlement (Beratungshilfeschein) from the district court (Amtsgericht)  in whose district your place of residence is located. You must bring this to the appointment with us. Then the fee to be paid by you is 15,00 €. This is to be paid in cash - before the appointment. If you have marked "Yes" and appear without a certificate of entitlement, the consultation appointment cannot take place.
